Please allow 2 to 3 business days for deliveries within Germany from the moment your order has been processed and sent.
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation and shipment number. With this number, you are able to track your order at any time online. For orders with a product value less than 49.99 Euros you will not receive a shipment number.
The shipping will be processed by DHL.
The prices mentioned on the product pages include value-added tax at the legally applicable rate as well as all other price components. Postage and handling costs are included in the shipping costs. For more efficiency, we would recommend you to order multiple products on one order. We cannot group distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
In addition to the prices mentioned on the product pages, shipping costs will be invoiced in the amount of 3.95 EUR for deliveries within Germany. Orders within Germany with a value over 29.99 EUR will be free of shipping costs. We will provide you a detailed list of costs within the order process.

Our products are packed and protected in order that they safely reach their destination. In the case of any damage, loss or theft, the goods will be insured from parcel collection to the place of delivery.
